- Nike Store: Amazon: LUNAREPIC Flyknit Review. These are some of the newest nike running shoes and I kind of dig them. In some respects I think they're great...in others I think they're completely not worth it. For starters, they are not the best running shoes 2017 nor are they worth the price. You can get cheaper, better shoes for running. Even more, the collar I see to be completely unnecessary and I've done a lot of running shoe reviews and Nike running shoe reviews. I would say these are worth a try, but I think perhaps they are not worth it given the cost. Maybe if they were cheaper.

Learn how to lose weight while eating one meal a day. There are a lot of benefits to eating once per day. In this video I give an idea of how to structure a diet to eat one time a day.
★ S U B S C R I B E: DOWNLOAD my WEIGHT LOSS CHECKLIST" (FREE eating one meal a day?? Uh oh...isn't that gonna slow down your metabolism? Or make you lose muscle and cause all those gains you worked so hard for to just disappear. Or even make you store more body fat? The answer is no. no. and definitely not. The truth is that you can eat once a day without destroying your metabolism and without losing your gains and you could even lose weight and burn fat while eating once a day all the while reaping great health benefits. I know this may sound crazy because mainstream Fitness and nutrition advice is always to eat five to six small meals a day and to avoid eating one meal a day at all cost. It's too bad that these people giving mainstream advice don't know that there's really nothing inherently wrong about only eating one meal a day. Now this doesn't mean that you can't do the whole eating one meal a day thing totally wrong causing you to gain a bunch of weight. It also doesn't mean that eating 5-6 times a day puts you in the clear and automatically guarantees weight loss. Meal frequency does not play as much of a vital role in the fat loss process as the food quality and quantity. If you eat the same exact amount and the same exact type of foods between 3 meals 6 meals or just 1 meal the effect on the amount of weight gained or lost should essentially be the same. It would kind of be like filling up a cars gas tank with 4 Separate quarter tank fill ups versus just filling it up once with a full tank. If it's the same amount of gas it's going to produce the same amount of energy and after you go through all that energy that's when your body starts to dip into your fat stores for additional energy. Your metabolism will be no slower with one big meal than a bunch of smaller meals. In fact in 1966 there was a study done on a man that lost over 276 pounds while on a 382 day fast where he ate nothing except for vitamin and mineral supplements prescribed by his doctor. Now even though this is a little extreme it does show that when your body is low on calories it doesn't just go into a starvation mode and shut down your metabolism. Your metabolism does slow down when you cut calories whether you cut them out of each meal or you just don't eat as many meals throughout the day or like in this case you just don't eat at all. However it's not like your body is being run without using energy... your metabolism in this case is being fueled by fat cells. And you can as shown in this study go from 456 pounds to 180 pounds without eating at all. Now this is not at all what I recommend in fact this is very dangerous and a study like this wouldn't even be ethical nowadays, but just keep in mind that it's not like you're metabolism is just going to shut down and you're going to somehow exist without burning any fat. The energy to even breath and have your heart beat has to come from somewhere. In this particular case the man in the study only regained 16 pounds over the course of five years and studies show that people that eat less frequently and fast for the purpose of weight loss end up maintaining it easier than those that do it through calorie restrictions imposed on their daily meals. There are other starvation diets where they starved a group of people and at the end of it all as soon as they started eating normally again their metabolisms came right back up to normal. Keep in mind too these are extreme cases and eating once a day is not going to put you into a starvation mode. And the effect that it has on your metabolism is the same effect that cutting calories throughout the day would have on your metabolism. So what's the benefit of eating once a day versus Multiple times a day. Well first of all chances are very high that if you only eat once a day you're going to have a harder time eating enough calories to gain weight than you would if you're eating all day. It's a lot easier to have a satisfying meal while cutting or dieting when eating just one meal a day because you can have all of your calories at once in that one meal. Eating once a day and fasting have been shown in studies to have benefits on the longevity of your life. It's proven with multiple studies that if an animal has 30% less calories throughout its lifetime it'll live 30% longer. If eating once a day can get you to eat less calories throughout your lifetime there's no reason why you're not getting this same benefit. Another benefit is that you don't have to cook a bunch of meals and worry about eating them and grazing all day. By not worrying about eating all day you can be a lot more productive. Because between prepping your meals and taking the time

Here The Link: Men: you look at people who lose weight easily and have great bods, the amount of water they drink is a key factor. You'll be amazed at the benefits that drinking the correct amount of water can bring.
Studies show that almost half of the population drinks less water than the daily requirement, leading people to a permanent state of dehydration. So, let's begin by reviewing the negative effects of drinking less water than you need - starting with the ones that are preventing you from losing weight and are making you store fat more easily.
9 Devastating Effects of Drinking Too Little Water:
1. Headache.
2. Stomach ache and acidity.
3. Toxin accumulation.
4. Constipation.
5. Increased appetite: The body tends to boost appetite as a sign of dehydration, making it very hard to follow a diet properly.
6. Difficulty to turn carbohydrates into energy: In order to metabolize 1 gram of carbohydrates, 3 grams of water are needed; otherwise, carbs easily get stored as body fat.
7. Increased risk of fluid retention: Due to lack of water, your body retains and stores as much as it can from the little water you give it. The result is a flaccid appearance and weight gain.
8. Stalled weight loss and fat burn: Water plays an essential role in fat metabolism. When the body systems are working properly, the liver transforms stored body fat into energy. But when in a dehydrated state, it's more difficult for the kidneys to cleanse the blood. The liver stops burning fat to help the kidneys do their job.
9. Slowed down metabolism: As the digestive system is unable to carry out its processes correctly, the capacity to burn calories is drastically reduced in consequence. Under these circumstances, weight loss is almost impossible, regardless the amount of exercise you do.

But, what is the correct water intake to lose weight and keep my body burning fat?
I recommend starting with a minimum of 8 glasses a day, however, the correct amount of water you should take will increase depending on how overweight you are. Use the following indicator as a rule of thumb:
If your urine is not transparent, you need to drink more water. The sole exception to this rule is when you first get up in the morning, because urine concentrates overnight.
Generally, the optimal amount of water needed varies roughly between a gallon and a gallon and a half, daily.

Another important thing to take into account is to get mineral or bottled water if the tap water in your area is not safe enough to drink. Another option is to purchase a purifying system.

A lot of you have been requesting me to share how I'm shedding my pounds so the video will pretty much reveal everything I'm doing. You would be surprised how the little changes in your lifestyle could make that much of a difference.
I can understand healthy eating can be tricky when you've got a busy lifestyle. Perhaps you've got yourself in a habit where you're used to eating out constantly. Processed foods just seem to be the convenient choice.

I've gotten myself into a habit of taking time to prepare my meals in advance. Instead of always feeling sluggish and bloated, I feel great!!!

☆ Breakfast - Egg Muffin
9 eggs
1/4 cup of milk/almond milk/water
2 medium zucchinis
1 capsicum
salt and pepper
Olive oil/your preferred oil
Mix the eggs together with milk, then add the chopped capsicums and shredded zucchinis. You can also add bacon, sausage, or other vegetables. Adjust to you liking. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oiled tray (I used olive oil). Then bake for 20-25 minutes (or more if you have more ingredients) at 180 degree celsius /355 degree fahrenheit.
☆ Overnight oats
The standard recipes is:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (almond milk)
Cinnamon
Maple Syrup
Berries
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Adjust to your liking!
☆ Lunch & Dinner
• 3 Large sweet potatoes
I like it to cut them into chip size because it cooks faster. It takes about 20-30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Flip them over after the first 10 to 15 minutes.
• 2 Large Red capsicums and 2 Yellow Capsicums (Bell Peppers)
Takes about 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius to cook to my liking. You can leave it in the oven a little shorter if you like it crunchy. (200 degree celsius us around 390 degree fahrenheit)
• 3 Bunch of Asparagus.
This takes less than 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. If they're small and tiny then 5 minutes will do. I like them crunchy.
• Kale with Garlic
Add some to a pan and fry the garlic for a minute then add the kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and done!
• 2 big Salmon Fillets
Season with salt and pepper (that's all I do). You can add your favourite seasonings.
Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. I don't like them overdone. and 9-10 minutes are normally just right depending on the thickness.
• 2 big White Fish Fillets
Rubbed some olive oil on the fish. Half a lemon juice, Ginger powder, salt, pepper and oregano.
Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius.
• 1kg of Chicken Breasts
Rubbed some olive oil on the chicken. Season with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. Again add your fav spices!
Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. Again this is dependent on the thickness of the chicken breast. I had mine sliced in half.
After all these are cooked, I just divide the chicken breasts into 5 portions. Add sweet potatoes, capsicums and asparagus to create 5 chicken/veg meals.
For the fish meals, I have quinoa, kale and the fish. I didn't measure anything so I just eyeball everything here. For white fish, I added more sweet potatoes because white fish are lower in fat, hence lower in calories.
☆ Healthy Hummus
2 cans of chickpeas (500g drained chickpeas)
20g of tahinis
60g of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 Lemon Juice
Almond milk to water it down. (Just add enough so that it's not too thick)
Pink Himalayan Salt
Cumin (optional)
Blend them all together! I like to eat it with Wholemeal Pita Pockets. It is sooooo good. The ones I love most is from Mission.
Don't forget to add some fruits or nuts as snacks if you're hungry. Also don't restrict too much. Need ice cream, have some ice cream. Don't overindulge and also don't under indulge. Stay happy and healthy.

Dr. Berg talks about the best times to eat to lose weight. The technique we are using a technique called intermittent fasting to solve insulin resistance. And don't worry about losing your muscle, because both Growth Hormone (GH) and testosterone will protect you against muscle loss.
But the goal is to only eat two meals a day, however, for most people they must start with three meals a day and gradually transition to two meals a day. However, the best time to eat is 11:30 in the am and then at 5:00 pm in the evening. Add protein, greens, and fat with each meal. If you add more fat with a meal, you will be able to go longer.
However, this is the fastest way and even the easiest way to lose belly fat.

Hey guys! So a lot of you guys have been asking me how I track macros and what I normally eat when I workout. Here's a video including both of that. I started tracking macros earlier this year and got more relaxed a few months ago. I started tracking again last month since I am trying to gain some lean muscles and I've talked about this briefly one of my previous videos. I am not super strict with my macros. I don't track little things like two strawberries, or a cup of almond milk. It is so minor that I don't get worried about it. Also there are days that I don't track fully because sometimes we slack haha. So don't freak out about not tracking 100% of the time. We eat out, we have a life. It's all about balance and what makes you happy. Again it is really fast to track especially if they are the things that you eat regularly. You can just add it to your favourites. Right now I try to eat at least around 200g carbs a day when i'm exercising and my calories intake per day is around 1800. It can be extremely challenging to keep track when I'm travelling so I bring some energy bars with me wherever I go. Just in case I can't find food!
Also I don't cook fancy meals everyday. Today is one of those days that I don't have time to prepare my meals because I have quite a bit of work to do before my Japan trip so I was mostly on my computer all day working. Sometimes I prep my meals for a few days so that it is more time efficient. One more thing! This is how I eat on that particular day. I am just giving you an idea of what I eat one that one day. You can always change it up, make it more delicious or eat out. haha. :)
Hope you enjoyed this video! Also in regards to losing weight, i've talked about being on calories deficit and tracking macros to lose weight in one of my older videos. I got a lot of comments that is unhealthy to count calories. The truth is if you are losing weight you ARE on calories deficit (whether you count your calories or track your macros or not). The reasons why some of us count calories and track macros is because we want to minimise muscle loss, especially in the fitness industry. We want to keep as much muscles as we can while cutting. Also being too low in deficit will probably cause more muscle loss than intended so keeping track of calories and macros helps with that. Hope all that makes sense. :)

The curry chicken recipe:
1 onion
2 tsp of garlic
A couple of tablespoons of Mild Curry Powder (3-5)
1kg of chicken breast
100g Coconut milk
1 can of diced tomato or 400g of tomatoes
I stir fry the onion first, add garlic, then add the mild curry spices. You can add more spices later if it's not spicy enough.
After that I add the chicken breast and cook it until it turn white. Add a can of tomatoes and let it cook for 20 minutes or so, or until the sauce thicken. Then I add 100g of coconut milk. Then let it simmer for 10 mins or so. That's it! Super simple!
