8: 30 am:

2 bananas, sliced

1/2 pomegranate seeds

10:30 am: 1/2 cup thick curd, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, chopped fresh leaves to garnish

3.30: snack on dry fruits, half a handful

7 pm: dinner with poha
