The Overture is a full on wallet replacement made from vegan leather. There are enough slots to hold 4 cards, slots for a decent amount of cash and an access card. The case will also double as a kickstand and has a built in microfibre cloth.
My only concern is that the cover isn't latched.
#2 CM Q card case
In my opinion, this is the best on-the-go wallet case that you can get. This is another product made by Silk Innovation but unlike the vault, the Q card case is much thinner but doesn’t offer the same easy accessibility of the Vault.
The cards sit in leather cover which is nice for those who need a bit of class to your case and there is a slot to use a card to turn your wallet case into a kickstand.
#3 Urban Armor Gear Metropolis
From my perspective, the Urban Armor Gear Metropolis is the best on the go wallet case with a cover. Why? Because the texture on the case is awesome and the magnetic latch keeps the case together during a drop because it latches on in the back.
The biggest downside of this case in my opinion? It might hold two cards. Might.
#4 Silk Innovation Vault
The Silk Innovation Vault is another on-to-go wallet case. The Vault is basically one big piece of plastic but Silk Innovation was quite smart with the design. Every card that you put in to the case (I got 4 in) can be easily taken out.
The only gripe that I have with this case is the size of this giant piece of plastic.
#5 Spigen Wallet S
The iPhone actually sits in a Spigen Thin Fit which is pretty awesome since we’re big fans of the soft-rubber coating on the case. Unlike other full wallet replacements, the Spigen Wallet S can be used as a kickstand.
This case has a lower capacity than other wallet replacements.
#6 Danny P Wallet
The Danny P Wallet is one of my favourites. If I had to use a wallet case on a daily basis, it would be the Danny P Wallet. This wallet case holds more than the average wallet which is great as I was able to fit bills, multiple cards and a access card without any issues.
The biggest problem is the lack of access the case offers your iPhone. When it is in the case, you can’t use your iPhone. You can access Apple Pay but that’s about it.
#7 X-Doria Engage Folio
This is another on the go wallet case that is quite slim, holds two cards and has a magnetic cover. I thought this was going to be a great case but you can't use the cards and a glass screen protector at the same time.
#8 UOLO wallet
The neatest feature of this case is that the iPhone (or any other smartphone) slides up. This is a neat feature but I'm not sure how much usable it is.
This is a full wallet replacement that holds several cards and cash. My only gripes are the shiny look of the case and the zipper.
#9 Spigen Slim Armor CS
If you’re looking for a tougher than average wallet case, the Spigen Slim Armor CS might be for you. The Slim Armor is a little different as you slide cover down to access the cards. It works but it isn’t as slick because the cover has a bit of give to it.
The case will hold 2 cards and a couple of bills or 3 cards.
#10 - Incipio Esquire Credit Card Case
This is on on-the-go case that looks fancy, has a nice feeling back and can only hold 3 cards or 2 cards and cash. The case will slide around easily which isn’t great and Incipio includes a back protector for your iPhone since there isn’t anything there.

Top 10 Slim iPhone 7 Cases - Case Comparison Tool: me choose what to review next: Mobile Reviews Eh!, we base everything on actual usage so you find a product in our lists that we haven't used ourselves. It took us about 180 hours and $900 dollars to get to a point where we are comfortable in creating a Top 10 list that is worthwhile.
#1. Speck Presidio GRIP - feature of the case is the handling it provides for your iPhone. The ribs on the back of the case make it extremely grippy case.
Speck claims it is drop-rated but our drop tests have shown otherwise. Urban Armor Gear Monarch - fanciest case on this list as it is made from TPU, Polycarbonate, leather and aluminum (a tiny amount). The handling of the iPhone in the case is awesome.
#3. Spigen Tough Armor - of the easiest cases to find and with the iPhone 7 version, Spigen added extra protection at the bottom of the iPhone. It handles well and can handle a 6 ft drop from 6ft.
My biggest gripe with this case is the variability between colors as there are different coatings and TPU sleeves. Depending on your combination, you may end up with an average case.
#4. Incipio Reprieve Sport - toughest, clear case on the list. The bumpers improve the handling of the case and the Reprieve Sport is drop-rated to 12 ft.
The downside is that the back of the case will show fingerprints and face grease easily.
#5. Ballistic Jewel - tough clear case and from our usage, can handle a 6ft face first drop without any issue. The standout feature of the case are the Ballistic corners that provide protection as well as decent handling.
Only issue are the pliable sides which may result in dust/debris getting between the case and device quicker than other cases.
#6. Tech 21 Impact Clear - slim, no nonsense clear case that is drop-rated to 5 ft. The back is quite slick but will hide fingerprints and face grease well (unlike the Ballistic Jewel and Incipio Reprieve Sport.
#7. Spigen Hybrid Armor - Spigen Hybrid Armor was the only Spigen case that had both the "grippy" clear TPU and soft-rubber coated polycarbonate. This combination provides the best handling out of all the Spigen cases.
#8. Rhinoshield Crashguard - only bumper on the list. The best part of the Rhinoshield Crashguard is the protection it offers your iPhone without adding bulk.
#9. Tech 21 Evo Mesh/Check - Tech 21 Evo Mesh is one of my goto cases. The rubbery texture of the case ensures that your iPhone isn't going to slip out of your hand accidentally. However, some people may find the texture "sticky" and it may get caught on the insides of pockets.
The case is wider than the average iPhone case which may make the iPhone 7 Plus unwieldy.
#10. Silk Innovation Base Grip - Base Grip is the smallest/slimmest case on this list. Unlike other ultra slim cases, the Base Grip doesn't feel flimsy. The texture of the case works for handling but oddly enough the case will slide around easily on a flat surface.

When walking to lose weight fast you need to walk so fast that when I (your trainer) says stop that you have nothing left in the tank and you have no choice but to stop completely and rest, sit down and/or get some water.
If you’re walking and I say stop and you are still able to walk then you may not lose weight as fast simply because you are not giving 110% when you walk.
So if you cannot stop completely then instead of walking to lose weight fast you will need to start running to lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds as fast as possible because you need to make the workout more intense
The amount of weight you lose (whether it be in a week or a month) still depends on how overweight you are. The more overweight you are = the faster you will lose weight.
In the walk workout video I’m giving you many options to make yourself heavier in order to help you burn more calories or to lose weight much faster because again the heavier you can make yourself or the more obese you are = the faster you will burn fat.
The options that I used in the video are a teddy bear, book bag WHICH you must fill up with stuff to make heavier and a book bag. You are not limited to those options. Whatever you can do to make yourself heavier then go for it so you can lose weight fast like in a week!
For the adding of extra weight to lose more weight faster in a week trick to work you have to add at least 10% of your own weight for it to work.
If you weigh 120 pounds then add at least 12 pounds
If you weigh 150 pounds then add at least 15 pounds
If you weigh 175 pounds then add at least 17 pounds
If you weigh 200 pounds then add at least 20 pounds
If you weigh 225 pounds then add at least 22 pounds
If you weigh 250 pounds then add at least 25 pounds
If you weigh 275 pounds then add at least 27 pounds
If you weigh 300 pounds then add at least 30 pounds
If you weigh 325 pounds then add at least 32 pounds
If you weigh 350 pounds then add at least 35 pounds
If you weigh 375 pounds then add at least 37 pounds
If you weigh 400 pounds then add at least 40 pounds
The Nordic poles are proven to burn way more calories than normal walking so for example… normal walking at 3 mph burns about 250 calories every 20 minutes while Nordic walking with a pole will burn about 500 calories every 20 minutes walking at the same damn speed.

Notice how the rest pyramids down and then back up on a 30-20-10-10-20-30 pattern.
To seriously lose weight fast in week or at the very least 20 pounds in a month then you need to do this workout every day or at least 4 days a week 1-to-2 times per day if you are only walking. If you are running then maybe only do this workout 2-4 days per week 1-to-2 times per day. See for 10 rules to lose 10 pounds every 3 weeks doing HIIT or intervals like with the walking video.
Along with walking to lose weight you also need to go on a diet to lose weight as well because no matter how much walking, running, jumping jacks or etc. that you do if you don’t diet correctly meaning if you do not eat the right amount of calories you will not lose weight at all walking.
Make sure you watch for a diet where you can eat anything you want and still lose weight no matter if you like ice cream, pizza or whatever you will lose weight fast as long as you eat the right amount of calories to lose weight.
Watch for another diet plan you can do to lose weight as you do my walking workout if you do not like to count calories or even exercise
Overall my point is that even if you work your butt off walking to lose weight then all of that hard work will not matter if you do not eat right, diet or eat the right amount of calories to lose weight.

This lacing technique will have a significant beneficial effect on any running day, whether it is your first training day or race day. The laces need to be secured for runnnig and especially in an event, described by a German physicist two years ago at a sports science seminar as a "controlled free fall!" I refer to the lacing technique as, "battening down the hatches, as one would for the Baja 1000." Dr. Paul Copeskey
Do your running shoes have a smell that resembles a closet full of angry skunks? Are you embarrassed by the overwhelming sweaty odor from your shoes? The smell results from bacteria and fungus striving on the sweat and dead skin particles left inside your shoes. The odor could lead to fungal infections on your feet (athlete’s foot). This is why it is recommended that you allow your shoes to vent after each run and clean them periodically.
Like many runners, I was not someone who cleaned their running shoes because I feared that they would become permanently damaged. However, as an attempt to keep them fresh I have tried hand washing with soap and water, as recommended, yet I could not get rid of the smell. When I grew tired of the smell, I decided to try giving them a try in the wash machine and they came out surprisingly clean. The best part is the smell was gone and when I went for a run, washing them had not affected their performance. Therefore, I recommend that all runners first try this method on their old running shoes.
Step 1 – Turn your wash machine to a gentle cycle with cold water. Never use hot water because it will damage the adhesive and distort the shoes’ shape.
Step 2 – Use an old toothbrush to remove built up mud and dirt before you place them in the washer.
Step 3 – Remove your shoe strings and insoles, these should be washed with your running clothes. The clothes will help muffle the annoying tumbling noise from the shoes. If you have more than one pair of running shoes only wash one pair per load to avoid damaging your machine.
Step 4 – If possible use a non-beach, fragrance free, organic washing detergent. Alternatively, you could use a special sports detergent formulated for performance clothes. Sports detergent is supposed to remove odor without corrupting sweat wicking or water repellent fabric. Personally, I used plain liquid detergent with a ½ a cup of white vinegar and a ½ a cup baking soda. The vinegar kills the bacteria and fungi while the baking soda deodorizes and acts as a fabric softer. Make sure you do not overdo it with detergent to prevent stiff clothes.
Step 5 – When the load has finished make sure you air dry your shoes in the sun or in a warm area of your home. Do not try to put them in a dryer or use a hand dryer because the excessive heat will warp your shoes. Add newspaper inside the shoes to help them maintain their shape and to soak up the extra moisture. After a few hours remove the newspaper and open up the shoe tongue to insure, your shoes dry completely. Keep in mind it can take ten to twelve hours for your running shoes to dry.
When you use this method, your running shoes will be cleaner, smell better and your feet will thank you.

- Zappos: Amazon: Gel-Kayano 22 review. It took me a while to get around to this video, but the Gel Kayano 22s are quite possibly the best running shoe 2017. Obviously, the adidas ULTRA Boost are up there and still even the Gel-Kayano 21. Check below for my reviews and videos on those.
The 22s are about 10-11 ounces, have a 10mm heel-toe drop, and have about an average arch. They're built for road running so don't venture off too far. Additionally, they have a new upper that's softer, lighter, and more breathable. It's really great stuff. That's the highlight with these shoes for me. They also fit 1/2 size small as an FYI. These are great running shoes for men and women.
