- Zappos: Amazon: Gel-Kayano 22 review. It took me a while to get around to this video, but the Gel Kayano 22s are quite possibly the best running shoe 2017. Obviously, the adidas ULTRA Boost are up there and still even the Gel-Kayano 21. Check below for my reviews and videos on those.
The 22s are about 10-11 ounces, have a 10mm heel-toe drop, and have about an average arch. They're built for road running so don't venture off too far. Additionally, they have a new upper that's softer, lighter, and more breathable. It's really great stuff. That's the highlight with these shoes for me. They also fit 1/2 size small as an FYI. These are great running shoes for men and women.
