Skechers running shoes are newer to the running shoe marketplace. In 2011, Skechers signed Meb to their elite running team. The signing of Meb was a brilliant move on the part of Skechers Performance and the Skechers brand. Since then, Skechers running shoes appear to be making a huge move or play on the running shoe economy. The SKECHERS GoRun Pure Running Shoes are surprisingly going to work out, so it appears after three runs. I keep thinking as I run in these SKECHERS GoRun Pure Running Shoes that their are no bells and whistles to these running shoes. The SKECHERS GoRun Pure Running Shoes simply get the job done. Overall, the under foot feel is nice. Again, nothing to write home about, and nothing to complain about in these running shoes. I do wonder though, what Skechers next move will be in the next couple of years. Skechers is definitely making inroads into this ever growing running shoe marketplace, BUT, are they willing to adapt their branding and overall messaging in order to break the stereotype of the past. Trust me, many runners would never purchase a Skechers running shoe. Thankfully, I feel good about my decision to explore this budget focused running shoe. Will I buy another Skechers running shoe in the future? yes, yes I will. All for now on the SKECHERS GoRun Pure Running Shoes, full review to come soon.
